HiSuddenly I am unable to load File Explorer via the Quick Access toolbar. When I click on the icon I get a blank page with the words 'working on it' at the top. Eventually I get a message that File Explorer isn't responding. I Can access my documents bydoing a right click on the icon but I'm sure not that's the way it's supposed to work.

I did a windows update yesterday (25th) and wonder if it's something to do with that because it was absolutely fine before. I should that this is a new computer, onlypurchased a few days ago. Any help would be much appreciated.
